During that time, Michelle's work was featured in Chicago's number one wedding magazine, The Wedding Guide, ​in a 14-page fashion feature. The salon was also picked by The Knot 2011 and 2012 for "best of weddings". She has used her hair and makeup expertise on photo shoots and album covers, as well as television shows and theatrical stage makeup.
